    Big Spring doesn't have great quality places, so this place is good in comparison. I met with Jo. He is out there cooking, cleaning, helping out all around. He's a cool guy. The food was good, too. Customer service could have been better. She never came back to refill drinks and forgot my salad. Overall, it was a nice experience.

    Interior needs an upgrade but food was really good. Maybe smaller and better dressed plates and It'd be 5 stars. Loved the chicken Murphy

    Best Italian place in Big Spring. Waitresses are always attentive and friendly. I get the seafood linguini (can't remember the Italian name). It is an older restaurant and needs updating on decor (plastic cactus plant in the front with the stuffing coming out needs to go). They serve warm bread rolls with butter. Closed on Tuesday.

    1st time @ Joe’s Italian Bistro & glad we went! We lasagne, spaghetti & pizza. The food was fresh & hot & DELICIOUS! Exceptional service as well! We will be back!

    We live in Midland & make the drive to eat there. I've had at least 3 different sauces of theirs & it's always thick & rich. Great place to eat.
